About the Role :
As a Performance Testing Specialist at Cybage, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end performance testing projects. Your role will involve developing and executing test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner, monitoring server performance with AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitoring, and Google Cloud, and leveraging web performance tools like Chrome Developer Toolbar and Lighthouse. You will work closely with stakeholders, troubleshoot performance issues, and generate detailed test reports.
Job Responsibilities :
✔️Understand and gather performance testing requirements.
✔️Develop a comprehensive performance testing strategy.
✔️Conduct research, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and identify key areas for testing.
✔️Create load generation scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner, including customization as required.
✔️Set up monitoring tools and capture performance metrics.
✔️Analyze results and generate in-depth performance test reports.
✔️Effectively communicate test findings and issues with stakeholders.
✔️Independently manage performance testing projects, ensuring smooth execution.
Technical and Professional Requirements :
✔️Strong expertise in Performance Testing concepts and execution.
✔️Hands-on experience in scripting using JMeter and LoadRunner.
✔️Proficiency in cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitoring Insights, and Google Cloud Monitoring.
✔️Familiarity with web performance tools like Chrome Developer Toolbar, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights.
✔️Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, and Shell scripting is preferred.
✔️Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔️Ability to lead end-to-end performance testing projects independently.
Good to Have Skills :
✔️Experience with other Performance Testing tools will be an added advantage.
✔️Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Educational Requirements :
Any graduate with relevant experience in performance testing.
