Summary :
We are looking for an Associate Trainee in Human Resources to assist with a range of HR functions, such as business partnership, employee assimilation and integration, engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee retention strategies, and data analytics.
This position requires collaboration with various business units to comprehend their requirements and deliver customized HR solutions.
Responsibilities:
✔️Business Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various business units to comprehend their unique needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
✔️Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the participation of new employees in orientation programs, maintain regular interactions with them, gather feedback, assign mentors, and ensure their smooth integration into the organization.
✔️Employee Engagement & Connection: Organize group meetings, skip-level discussions, and individual meetings to address employee concerns and find resolutions. Plan employee engagement initiatives such as Fun @ Work events, quarterly gatherings, and team outings.
✔️Recognition & Rewards: Oversee the rewards and recognition framework, which includes nominating top performers, determining award recipients, and managing the distribution of accolades.
✔️Performance Evaluation: Support the coordination of the performance appraisal process, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and provide administrative assistance for performance management systems.
✔️Compensation and Benefits Administration: Aid in the management of compensation and benefits programs, collect and analyze compensation data, and facilitate benefits communication and enrollment processes.
✔️Employee Retention & Offboarding: Collaborate with employees and managers to identify early indicators of dissatisfaction, address career aspirations, and conduct exit interviews.
✔️Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and submit various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis to the team and business stakeholders.
