Summary :
The HR Intern will oversee various facets of HR Administration. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, the input of data for new hires, terminations, updates to employee information, event coordination, and direct collaboration with local HR representatives.
FUNCTIONS:
✔️Support in the processes of talent acquisition and recruitment.
✔️Facilitate onboarding and induction for new employees.
✔️Manage system updates for new hires, deactivate accounts for resigned employees, and ensure employee information is current in the HRIS.
✔️Oversee attendance and leave management, and generate reports to meet statutory obligations.
✔️Maintain electronic employee files and records.
✔️Process invoices related to human resources.
✔️Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities.
✔️Conduct exit procedures.
CONTRACT DURATION: 1 year
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience as an HR intern. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
