Job Summary  :

The preferred candidate should possess proficiency in SAP Yard and Resource Management, SAP Storage Unit Management, and SAP WM RF Transactions. 

Experience in General Corporate Operations and the management of open invoices is advantageous. This position is hybrid, featuring daytime shifts with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities :

• Direct the execution and assistance of SAP Yard and Resource Management solutions.

• Supervise the setup and enhancement of SAP Storage Unit Management procedures.

• Offer specialized knowledge in SAP WM RF Transactions to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate business requirements.

• Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.

• Guarantee the integration of SAP modules with other organizational systems.

• Perform system testing and validation to confirm precision and dependability.

• Educate and assist end-users on SAP functionalities and optimal practices.

• Observe system performance and resolve issues as they occur.

• Initiate continuous improvement strategies to boost system efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

• Deliver regular updates and reports to management regarding project progress and system performance.

• Assist in the management of open invoices and other financial operations as required.
