- Directing and formulating intricate recruitment initiatives aimed at senior and specialized roles, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Crafting and shaping the overarching recruitment strategy, thereby influencing the company's approach to talent acquisition.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with business stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor while offering strategic counsel and coaching in close collaboration with hiring managers and their teams.
- Creating innovative and focused sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, leveraging extensive industry expertise.
- Establishing talent networks within the life sciences sector, engaging knowledgeable industry contacts to maintain a continuous pool of potential candidates.
- Supervising the candidate evaluation process to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while upholding rigorous standards of assessment.
- Providing mentorship and support to junior team members, facilitating their professional development through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Overseeing recruitment projects and working alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful results.
- Ensuring the accuracy and currency of candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Offering thought leadership and insights regarding industry trends, best practices, and the latest advancements in recruitment technology.
- Promoting collaboration and effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, thereby strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Preferred :
- Possess experience in recruitment within the life sciences and clinical research sectors.
- Exhibit a proven leadership history, encompassing formal project management and the guidance of junior team members.
- Showcase outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities across various business sectors.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor assessments, and market dynamics.
- Exhibit a strategic approach, critical thinking skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities in the context of recruitment and human resources.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of legal and compliance issues related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Function with a significant level of independence, displaying sound judgment and decision-making abilities in recruitment activities.
- Holding SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
